Join us for our Annual PERSIST Summit, October 19 - 21, 2025, in Dallas, Texas!
We’re excited to announce that the fourth annual PERSIST Summit is heading back to Texas—this time in Dallas! This will be an intimate, invite-only gathering exclusively for our current partners.
You will have the opportunity to discuss the latest trends in student success, network, grow, and learn from passionate individuals who share our mission to create a student-centered higher education system. The event will consist of workshops, speaker sessions, and more.
EdSights will cover the cost of your hotel stay for two nights and reimburse up to $200 in travel expenses (details below). Meals will also be provided throughout the summit.
Welcome Reception!
Day 1: Sunday, Oct. 19
Welcome, everyone! Once guests have arrived, we'll kick off PERSIST with an evening welcome reception at the Thompson Dallas Hotel—featuring interactive activities, networking opportunities, and more.
*Check-in is at 4 pm. For guests who arrive early, the Thompson will hold your luggage and notify you when your room is ready.
Full Day Summit
Day 2: Monday, Oct. 20
A full day packed with fun, knowledge sharing, and partner testimonials. Together, we will discuss the latest trends in student success through workshops, networking, and speaker sessions. The day will conclude with an award ceremony and dinner at the Thompson Dallas.
Farewell Brunch
Day 3: Tuesday, Oct. 21
Join us for a lively farewell rooftop brunch from 9 - 11 AM
at Catbird on the rooftop of the Thompson Dallas, featuring a live band, great conversation, and a few unexpected touches designed to leave a lasting impression.
